In material selection, emissions and the proportion of recycled raw materials are considered, along with the recyclability of materials at the end of their lifecycle. The brick used in the facades was developed especially for the project. It is a product where 40% of the mass is made from recycled glass and sanitary porcelain. This product was awarded as "The Responsible Action of the Year "in a competition organized by the Central Chamber of Commerce, UN Global Compact Finland, and JCI Helsinki.
